[SUFC] SUS Faculty Christmas Party Fri. 12/18/09

Gentlemen,
 
        Just touching base. Sorry to miss you guys sunday. It's a little hectic being involved with three schools. But I'm sure you all made it through without me.
 
        Anyway, this friday is the big day for our faculty party sponsored and served by the SUFC. This is our opportunity to thank these folks for all their committment to our children.
I know your kids are probably less "challenging" than mine were but it still is a thankless
job.
 
        So, this is my annual recruitment (plea for help) message. I will be in the kitchen wed and thur evenings and all day and night friday. If you can help in the kitchen prepping wed or thur. we would love your help. Friday during the day is also open for mostly kitchen help. Friday evening things get started by 6:00 p.m. for appetizers and socializing (for them not us). So that is the event we need the most help! Obviously we need to be set up by 5:45
If anyone has availability during the the afternoon come on in! If you are working in the dining room, be there as early as possible.
 
      Dress for service is business casual--Black pants, white shirt, if possible. If you are the "dish room type" most anything is acceptable.
 
      Please reply to me if you are available so I can get an idea of how we will attack the situation, especially early on. Mike, you are still point man on beverages. Wayne I need to discuss fundage with you.
 
      Guys this is a great event and we do do have fun with it, so if you are not already
busy that night come get in on the action.
