[SUFC] Volunteers needed for Harvest Festival!

Volunteers desperately needed for Harvest Festival, please read email

*We are really in desperate need of volunteers that are Stand certified 
to work the Harvest Festival.  Patty and I would like to know if you 
could make an appeal to the members of the Mother's and Father's 
Clubs.  We are in great need of volunteers. Service hours will be given 
to all volunteers. Listed below is the number of slots we still need to 
fill by next week.  Please understand the ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST BE STAND 
APPROVED.  We can not make any exceptions to this policy.      *

*If anyone is willing to help out, they should fill out and send in the 
attached form.  If anyone has worked The Big 9, Cotton Candy or 
Hairspray in the past, it would be very helpful if they could make note 
of it on the form.  We are trying to place experienced workers at those 
stands, and are having a difficult time finding people that are 
experienced and Stand approved.   However, we will take anyone that is 
willing to help regardless if they have previously worked stands or not.

*A confirmation will be sent out to anyone that does volunteer giving 
them the date and time they are scheduled to work.
