I wanted to pass along an email I received thanking the Club for our 
donation to the Harvest Festival Children's Auction. It's good to see 
how our efforts can help a family at our school.

Steve,
I just wanted to let you know how grateful our family, especially Alex, 
is for the children's auction  prize. I know that the Father's Club 
donated the money for the children's auction prizes. As you probably 
already know, Alex won the Eee PC. If it were not for the generous 
donation by your club, Giselda Matucci would not have been able to 
purchase this wonderful item for the children's auction. Alex and the 
kids were so excited about her winning the PC. So were me and Gordon. I 
just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate your donation which 
made this possible. I cannot even begin to tell  you how exciting it was 
for all of us that Alex won the PC. She is playing on it as I write to 
you. Please let all the members of the club know how thankful we are for 
this wonderful gift that you made happen for our family. May God Bless 
each and every one of you for your generosity. We appreciate all you do 
for our school. We were very surprised to hear the news that Alex had
