SUFC Website Content Submission Guidelines

This page only concerns making submission to the website, not sending information out to the members.
When time is a factor, any member can send an email message to all other members
by using the mailing list. Just send an email to
and your message will be forwarded by the secretary to each member on the mailing list.
The mailing list is moderated - and for Fathers' Club business only.
This is the quickest way to get your information in front of the membership.

Any active Fathers' Club member is welcome to submit news of SUFC events
or projects, for publication on the SUFC web site.

1.	Please allow plenty of time for your submission to be posted, as updates to the website will not be made immediately. Each submission will be evaluated and will be posted as my time allows, within a couple days in most cases, and typically not longer than one week after submission, though I'm not promising anything. .
2.	All submissions must be made in writing. Please send your submission in plain text to .
3.	If you have any supporting documents, such as a flyer or sign-up sheet, please send them attached to your submission email. PDF files would be ideal, but Word Documents or Excel Spreadsheets are also accepted. I will convert any submission to PDF files before uploading to the site. .
4.	If you wish to have members email you directly, please include your email address with your submission. To protect against spam harvesting, Email addresses on the SUFC web site will not be shown in HTML format under any circumstances. An sufathersclub.org email address will be created, and will forward email to your submitted address. .
5.	Please proofread all submissions before sending. I'll try to fix anything obviously wrong, but can't take the time to confirm all information. In order to avoid any delay in getting the correct information to the other members, please make sure it's right the first time you submit it.

Submissions will be posted to the SUFC web site on a first-come, first-served basis, as my time allows.
